Assembling the Rowen properties

Rowen, a life sciences facility in east Gwinnett, is being constructed over 2,000 acres acquired in a series of purchases over the past several years. Each purchase is detailed below in a separate color; lighter colors are earlier purchases and darker colors are more recent. Some puchases involved more than one parcel of land.
