Legal attempts to disqualify Donald Trump

Multiple lawsuits filed in states across America seek to disqualify Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot under section 3 of the 14th Amendment. As of Feb. 7, cases in 19 states were pending, including two states where decisions to disqualify Trump are on appeal.
