More than 60% of residents in most San Luis Obispo County zip codes are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, but some areas — especially those in the North County — continue to lag behind. Public Health officials say many college students living in the 93405 zip code likely used their home addresses when getting their shots, making that area's vaccine rate artificially low.
