Manhattan Residential Contracts from March 23-29, 2026

During the fourth full week of March 2026, Manhattan recorded 262 apartment and townhouse sales, a significant increase from the prior week and eight more than the same week in 2025. Aggregate dollar volume, based on last ask, also rose week over week but was down 21% year over year. The median asking price of signed contracts, at $1.295 million, was essentially unchanged from last year and declined week over week, likely due to a larger share of lower-priced co-op deals.
