The majority of SoonerCare enrollees are in SoonerSelect, Oklahoma's managed care plan.

Smaller shares remain in SoonerCare Traditional (the fee-for-service plan), and SoonerCare Choice, a primary care case management model. SoonerPlan offers limited family planning benefits for people who otherwise wouldn't qualify.
