Vast majority of Americans see cost of child care as a big problem in U.S.

The share of U.S. adults who think the cost of child care, the cost of fertility treatments, and the risks of pregnancy and childbirth are a major problem, a minor problem, or not a problem in the U.S.

Survey conducted June 5-9, 2025, among 1,158 U.S. adults, with a margin of error of ±4.0 percentage points. Figures may not total 100% due to rounding.
