Property values grew more than 6 percent at the start of 2018 in Broward County. Every city in the county also saw gains, making the June 1 preliminary report by the property appraiser a much rosier look at the real estate market than the one issued by Miami-Dade, which saw slower growth and value dips in some coastal cities.
