Most Houstonians want next mayor to fix infrastructure

Nearly three out of four Houstonians want the next mayor to focus on policies that will improve the city's physical infrastructure, such as drainage, streets and parks, according to a new survey by the Kinder Institute for Urban Research. The responses varied by race, neighborhood and other factors.
