Between 2024 and 2025, there has been a 600% increase in the apprehension of individuals with no conviction but with pending criminal charge.

The increase in ICE apprehensions of people convicted of a crime is smaller than any other category.

This takes three values, corresponding to whether an individual has at least one criminal conviction, no criminal convictions but at least one criminal charge, or no charges or convictions ("other immigration violation"). Data for 2025 is only available up until October.
