Circle size is proportionate to the share of people in a region suffering from the respective indicator of financial hardship. Regions situated above the dashed diagonal line contribute a higher share to the global number of people suffering from the respective financial hardship indicator than their populations contribute to the global population and regions situated below the dashed diagonal line contribute a lower share to the global number of people suffering from the respective financial hardship indicator than their populations contribute to the global population.
