Indiana investor-owned utility disconnections, 2019-2024

In 2024, there were 123,284 total disconnections in Indiana due to nonpayment.

CenterPoint South and NIPSCO totals include natural gas and electricity disconnections. The rest are electricity disconnections only. AES Indiana had no disconnections in 2024 due to a billing systems issue, according to Indiana University professor David Konisky.
