The circles indicate the status of rentals: "Allowed," "Restricted," or "Banned." Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Canal Winchester and Grove City allow short-term rentals. Dublin, Hilliard, Grandview, Columbus, Bexley and Whitehall restrict them. Worthington, Upper Arlington and Obetz have altogether banned short-term rentals.
