Out of Texas’ metro areas, Killeen-Temple, Beaumont-Port Arthur and Amarillo have the lowest vaccination rates. The state, however, does not count vaccinations at military bases. This may affect the vaccination data in Killeen, which is home to the third-most populated military base in the country.
