Rural Health Transformation Program awarded funds FY26

The state was awarded $203.4 million for the first year of the RHTP, created through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). Those funds are divided into 11 initiatives as the state designated them in its November application to the federal government, according to ADECA Director Kenneth Boswell.
