Hapeville hotels revenue: Taxable vs Non-taxable

The revenue mix from the city's hotels and motels has shifted towards non-taxable stays longer than 30 days recently. Hapeville leaders say the lost revenue is having a negative effect on the finances of the tiny, 7,000-person city.
