NSW new housing policy

Q: The new Labor Government and Chris Minns have recently announced a new housing policy. It aims to increase the supply of homes by allowing higher density apartment living in city suburbs, including overriding local councils on planning approvals and height limits where necessary, and will include more low-cost housing.
