This only includes sales where the subdivision was named in the sales disclosure form. This is 5,252 sales in 139 subdivisions in 7 counties. Townhome/attached: 60% or more of the lots are under 3,000 sf. Mixed small-lot: median lot under 7,000 sf and at least one lot under 3,000 sf. Small-lot detached: median under 7,000 sf, no lots under 3,000.
