During the second full week of March 2026, 33 residential contracts were signed across New York City for apartments and townhouses asking more than $3.9 million. The majority of top sales were four-plus-bedroom homes with traditional layouts.
The top sponsor sales (#2 and #3) were in properties designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. A shrinking development pipeline has begun to cool this segment of the market, particularly in the mid-range. The new developments with the most activity were The Strathmore and Radiant, each with four contracts signed, followed by One Wall Street with three, and 67 Irving with two.
