Green box “paras.” refer to Annex 2 of the Agreement on Agriculture. Only AMSs exceeding “de minimis” 5 percent of value of production count against a member’s support limit for the EU, Japan, and the United States (8.5 percent for China and 10 percent for India). Support limits are $79 billion for the EU, $36 billion for Japan, and $19 billion for the United States, while China and India are limited to nil.
