Topped Off

In the coming five years, new stadiums in Nashville; Cleveland; Washington, D.C.; Denver; and Kansas City, Kansas, will replace open-air stadiums with covered ones, while Jacksonville’s renovation will add a covering to EverBank Stadium.

Note: At least four other stadium situations — Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia — are unclear and could join the covered camp.
