All but two of Texas' 11 large urban districts saw year-over-year declines in FAFSA completions as of April 9.
FAFSA completions in Fort Worth ISD were down 13.3% on April 9 compared to the same time the year before. Only two of Texas' large urban districts — Dallas ISD and San Antonio ISD — saw larger declines.
