Most Counties Didn't Seek SQ 781 Funds

More than half of Oklahoma's 77 counties did not apply for available in the County Community Safety Investment Fund. In 2016, voters approved the mechanism to funnel cost savings from lower incarceration rates to counties to implement mental health and diversion programs.
