Counties and Municipalities With 287(g) Agreements

Oklahoma has 18 agreements, 16 of which were signed since President Donald Trump took office in January. The state ranks in the top 10 of most participation and cooperation with ICE’s immigration enforcement.

Several state agencies, including the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Department of Public Safety, and Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation also have agreements with ICE, whose jurisdiction covers the whole map.
