Locations Of Approved Transit-Oriented Development Projects In Urban Honolulu

Skyline's Ala Moana station was cut from the official plan in 2022, but the city is still permitting developers to build higher and denser in the area to make the neighborhood more geared towards transit. Three projects have been constructed so far: Azure Ala Moana, The Park on Keʻeaumoku and Sky Ala Moana. Council members approved Manaolana Place in 2016, but did not approve a new iteration of the application submitted in 2019.
