Here's a breakdown of the new budget additions to Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools

The CHCCS Board of Education recently added $2,092,000 to its 2023 budget resolution to address the issue of employee retention. Nearly 60 percent of the additions went towards the implementation of the Classified Employee Compensation Study.
