What kind of homes make up Bend's housing stock?

An important part of understanding Bend and Central Oregon's housing challenges is understanding the different kinds of housing available. The city has relatively little "middle housing," or housing that's somewhere in between a single-family home and a multi-story apartment complex, but city officials say they're trying to turn that tide.
