The same contractors, the same playbook — crores extracted from state projects

Six contractors and joint ventures appear repeatedly in Nepal's arbitration records. Across FY 2079/80 and 2080/81 alone, they claimed over Rs 359 crore from public infrastructure projects and walked away with more than Rs 113 crore in tribunal awards — on roads, dams, and irrigation works funded by taxpayers.
