IURC listening sessions & Indiana's investor-owned electric utilities

This map shows cities where the IURC has scheduled community listening sessions and the service territory for all of Indiana's investor-owned electric utility companies.

Combined, the five companies provide electricity for almost 2.6 million customers — including residential, commercial and industrial. The remaining areas are serviced by 113 muncipal utilities and rural electric membership cooperatives (REMCs).

The map shows only the service areas for electricity by IOUs. If a utility company also provides gas, that service area could be different. Customer data is sourced from utility company websites, fact-sheets and financial filings.
