A red line at 90% shows a target of 90% of response times must be under 16 minutes. All the response times were under the 90% target. The graph shows a steady decline then a rapid drop from 60% in November 2021 to January 2022. The number recovered in February 2022 but the lowest point came in July 2022 at 31%. Since then the graph is on a steady increase to about 65% in February 2025.
