Note: “Level of Service” is calculated by dividing the number of taxpayers who reach a customer service representative by the number of calls the IRS system routes to them. “All phone lines” includes 60 staffed telephone lines. “Accounts management lines” are core assistance lines for individuals and businesses and receive the majority of IRS phone traffic.
