Where lead lines have been replaced

Rates of water service lines replacement, by census tract, through late 2025 for properties St. Louis County classifies as "house" in the City of Duluth.

Because the map only looks at homes and lead lines in Duluth city limits, the census tracts that otherwise extend into neighbor cities and townships have been trimmed to the city's boundaries.
