Hundreds of people have been evicted from their homes in Sacramento County during the coronavirus pandemic. More than half of the evictions — precisely, 277 — took place in high poverty areas, which The Bee defined as a census tract with a poverty rate at or above 20%. The county rate is just 12.6%.
