Large US Cities is categorized as the average test score across all U.S. cities with populations of 250,000 or more.

NOTE: The 2017 assessed sample for Dallas in grade 4 reading was not representative of the target population for two major reporting groups: Hispanic and English learner students. Assessed samples in Dallas for other grades and subjects in 2017 were unaffected. Some apparent differences between estimates may not be statistically significant.
