Total contributions to committees advocating for and against 2026 ballot measures to limit trans rights 

Committees supporting and opposing 2026 ballot measures targeting transgender rights – access to gender affirming care and restrictions on participating in school sports – have raised a combined $13.4 million.

Figures include contribution totals for four measures certified to appear on the ballot in Colorado, Missouri, and Washington; two potential measures in Nebraska and Nevada; and one measure removed from the ballot in Maine.
