Stanford GSB only placed one graduate in the Mid-Atlantic in 2020, clearing a path for Chicago Booth to boast the highest pay in the region at $165,278. Overall, half of the Top 10 didn’t even place in the Mid-Atlantic, due either to not reporting data or lack enough graduates to provide reliable results. Northwestern Kellogg and Dartmouth ranked 2nd and 3rd in the Mid-Atlantic at $151,500 and $145,625. One school that stood out in the Mid-Atlantic: Boston University Questrom. Ranked 50th by U.S. News, Questrom graduates pulled in $135,500 in base, tying the school with Michigan Ross and topping Yale SOM. That said, Mid-Atlantic doesn’t measure up to the Northeast. Just one school (Chicago Booth) boasted a graduate with base pay at $200K or better. By the same token, just two business school produced average pay of $150K or better.
