Threatened Austin's Coffee sold

The Winter Park shop was set to close Oct. 31 after the city purchased the land under it and didn't renew its lease. But the new owners plan to close it Oct. 25 and reopen Nov. 1 about a mile west at a much-larger location near Interstate 4.
