In Reading, the Larger the Latino Population, the Greater the Republican Gain

From 2016 to 2020, Democratic votes declined – and Republican votes grew – by the greatest numbers in the most deeply Latino parts of Reading, most notably in the 3rd, 6th, and 15th wards of the city.
