Manhattan Residential Apartment Sales | September 28 - October 4, 2025

Last week, which included the holiday Yom Kippur, Manhattan recorded nearly $472 million in apartment closings across 250 sales, including three transactions above $10 million. The top four closings were all on Manhattan's West Side in relatively recent developments.
