There are nine larger build-to-rent communities with 1,618 units currently under contruction along the Front Range. Another 11 with 2,247 are in the planning stages. The projects offer single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes that are a more spacious alterna- tive to apartments for those who aren’t ready or are unable to buy.
