As HR adds tools, employees get lost and more frustrated

Nearly 70% of employees with 1 HR platform can typically find what they need, but more tech brings confusion and frustration.

As HR adds tools, employees report less confidence they can find the information they need: 69% of employees with 1 HR resource are confident they can find the information they need; 49% of employees with multiple HR resources are confident they can find the information they need.

Responses came from a nationally representative sample of 1,950 employed Americans between October 7-9, 2022.
