Exhausation main cause of death for women, unlike men

Exhaustion kills women at nearly four times the rate of men. Men die more often from falls, avalanches, and icefall collapses. No woman has ever died in an icefall collapse because women are almost entirely excluded from the route-preparation work where those deaths happen.
