Note: N=44 high school programs. N=50 adult programs. GYO=Grow Your Own. HS=high school. POC=people of color. HS Course/Club includes high school courses in education, participation in an extracurricular program about teaching, or a teacher cadet program. Certification requires that participants complete teacher certification as part of the program. A GYO program has a “subject requirement” if participants must get certified in a certain subject area. Targeting POC focuses on programs that have a requirement to recruit POC.
