Few downtown Cleveland residents work in the center city

Urban Partners compared Cleveland to 11 other cities and found that a very small share of downtown jobs are held by downtown residents. With expanded housing, there's an opportunity to turn more downtown workers into residents. This table uses 2019 data, the most recent available.
