End of federal subsidies pushes millions to drop Affordable Care Act coverage

Since Congress allowed the so-called enhanced subsidies to expire at the end of last year, Obamacare enrollment has declined in every state but New Mexico, which fully replaced the lost federal aid with state assistance.
