Gorgon CCS has dumped more than 2x the CO2 it has stored

Gorgon's latest capture report shows it has injected the lowest amount ever, missed its target by the highest amount, and dumped the largest amount of co2 into the atmosphere instead of burying it underground. Since it began operation in FY17, it has dumped more than 2x the amount it has captured and stored.
