Counties are the main political and administrative divisions of the states. Within the counties there are cities where Puerto Ricans are concentrated, such as Orlando, which is located in Orange County; Haines in Polk County, Tampa in Hillsborough County, Kissimmee in Osceola County, Miami in Miami-Dade County, and Fort Lauderdale in Broward County.
