H-1B applications decline under Donald Trump's presidency

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services claimed the decline in registrations "is a clear sign that the days of abusing the program with mass, low-wage registrations are over."

*Some 408,891 registrations were submitted for individuals who benefitted from multiple sponsors submitting registrations their behalf to improve their odds, as per the USCIS.
