A chart shows U.S. opinions on local AI data center construction, based on a Gallup survey. Overall, 7% strongly favor, 20% somewhat favor, 23% somewhat oppose, and 48% strongly oppose the construction. Among Democrats, 23% favor, while 75% oppose; Independents show 24% favor and 74% oppose, and Republicans have 34% favoring and 63% opposing.
