Land excised from ELCs under Order 01 (in hectares)

In May 2012, Prime Minister Hun Sen announced Order 01BB, placing a moratorium on the granting of new ELCs and calling for the review of existing ELCs. As a result, land could be seized or cut from concessions not in compliance with the law and their contracts.
