Trump's most surprising tariff targets

Donald Trump's latest tariffs, which take effect this week, hit territories with hardly any people and countries with which the US has a trade surplus.

The tariffs shows for the Netherlands and Belgium are the rates for EU countries.
Where the trade balance is positive, that means the US exports more than it imports. When it's negative, it means the US imports more than it exports.
